This was my first project built entrepreneurially, alongside two other designers, rather than inside an existing team structure, starting from zero: no brief, no client, just a gap we all kept running into in our own work. The system covers Growth, Brand, Product, and Website, built in four months and refined over a year and a half of real production use across our own projects and beyond.
